Nick Klaus
Nick joined Venture Fellows in the fall of 2009 and is an MBA 2011 candidate concentrating in Private Equity Finance and Cleantech. Prior to McCombs, Nick spent three years as Director of Asian Operations for Selections by Chaumont, a wholesale import company. In this position, Nick established and managed the overseas office in Indonesia, focused on building relationships with innovative vendors throughout Asia. After identifying business potential opportunities, Nick worked in a variety of roles including due diligence for the acquisition of vendors, product design, operational procedure improvements, and marketing plan development.
Nick is originally from Fort Worth, TX and graduated from The University of Texas with a major in history. At McCombs, Nick is a member of the Cleantech Group, Energy Finance Group, and Net Impact.
