Charlie Plauche
Charlie joined Venture Fellows in the Fall of 2009. Prior to McCombs, Charlie spent over three years with Harbert Private Equity Funds in Birmingham, a subsidiary of Harbert Management Corporation. While at Harbert, Charlie analyzed potential leveraged buyouts, performed due diligence, worked with portfolio companies, and closed various deals in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Prior to Harbert, Charlie spent three years with the Corporate Banking Group of Regions Bank as a Commercial Portfolio Manager. Originally from Natchez, MS, Charlie attended the University of Mississippi where he graduated in 2002 with a degree in Banking and Finance. At McCombs, Charlie is also a member of the Graduate Finance Association and the Entrepreneur Society.
